HWAT Open Studios returns in the Autumn over three weekends: 4th/5th, 11th/12th and 18th/19th September 2021.

NEWS: Kath took part in The Harleston and Waveney Spring Art Trail Open Studios (HWAT) over two weekends in June 2021. Kath is exhibiting work during the summer at The Old Harnessmakers Gallery in Harleston. HWAT Open Studios returns in the Autumn over three weekends, 4th/5th, 11th/12th and 18th/19th September 2021. This is a great opportunity to meet artists in their studios and see the work close up.

During HWAT Open Studios we will be complying with Government guidelines on Covid safety by asking all visitors to:

  • Use hand sanitiser
  • Wear a mask in the Studio (unless exempt)
  • Observe social distancing
  • Not visit if you have any Covid symptoms
  • Use the NHS Covid app

Kath’s small studio will only allow one person or one bubble at a time in the studio, however the garden is a very beautiful place to stop for a while.

Kath Wallace takes inspiration from the natural world to create dynamic paintings and drawings using oil paint and added materials to highlight unusual textures and shapes. The work ranges from semi-realist landscapes to more abstract and expressive representations. Her work is a celebration of the beauty of landscapes with all their colours, contrasts, moods and surprises. Read more about Kath Wallace.
